AW Cycles ran a stall in the Apex Plaza as part of the Ernst Young Environment Week, on the 4th November 2010, in which they sold a variety of discounted cycling equipment, show cased a variety of exciting new bicycles and ran a “Business Card Lottery”. In this, entrants simply dropped their business cards into a designated “raffle box” for a chance to win a £250.00 AW Cycles voucher.

The draw was carried out by an independent adjudicator later that day and we are delighted to announce that Charlie Oldmeadow, who works for HSBC within Apex Plaza, was the fortunate winner.

Charlie has since collected his voucher in store (presented by James Thompson, promotions manager at AW Cycles) and purchased some new road cycling shoes amongst other cycling gear with his winnings.

Thanks to all 65 entrants and to Apex Plaza who enabled us to run the event and successfully promote cycling in Reading.
